Extended Access Appointments - Evenings and Weekends

From 1st October 2022, patients registered with this practice will now be able to book appointments between 6.30pm - 8pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday / Sunday. This is in addition to the core practice hours of 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Anstey Surgery belongs to a group of practices known as a Primary Care Network, along with Barrow Health Centre, Alpine House Surgery, Quorn Medial Centre, The Banks Surgery, The Cottage Surgery, Charnwood Surgery & Highgate Medical Centre. Our family of practices will be working together to provide these appointments for you, so you may find your appointment takes place at one of the other practices. We will let you know if that is the case. 

The clinician you see or talk to will be able to access relevant sections of your medical notes and will communicate what has happened during your appointment back to your usual GP practice.

These appointments will be provided by a range of health professionals in the practice team appropriate to the individual clinic and supported by a GP at all times.
